Mr Bepari started his legal career in 2003 as a paralegal, and it has been 17 years he has been in this profession. He has gathered extensive knowledge and skills in Immigration and Human Rights law. He has also undertaken an extensive number of cases in the law of the European and completed them successfully. He has specialist knowledge and expertise in Judicial Review matter. He represents client in the Immigration Tribunals, Family & County Courts and Magistrates’ Court. In 2017 Mr Bepari won the case of Shahnaz Haque v Ahmed Hossainin the Exeter Registry of the Family Division of the High Court in a Child Arrangements matter where he acted for the applicant mother. He has strong expertise and skills in the Children Private Law and Domestic abuse or violence matters. The success rate of the applications for the entry clearance of spouse is very high. He won a high number of cases in the immigration removal and the deportation matters. He has a good track record of winning cases in all the areas of law he has been practising.
