Michael Situ
Michael is a Solicitor Advocate at Lincolns Solicitors.
Michael has extensive experience of all areas of criminal law covering murder, large scale drugs, serious fraud, firearm right down to motoring offences. He regularly appears in Magistrates and Crown Courts. He has expertise in representing young people and his unique approach helps achieve the best for the firms’ clients. In his supervisory role, Michael ensures that a high level of service is maintained across the whole firm.
Outside of his legal work, he is a Councilor for London Borough of Southwark and has helped driven changes to the use of stop and search powers locally. He enjoys adventurous activities and recently returned from climbing Mount Kilimanjaro in Africa.

Mohammad Islam Khan
Mohammad Islam Khan LLB (Hons) (PGDL). Mr Khan is a senior solicitor and head of the Immigration department at Lincolns Solicitors. Mr Khan has in-depth Knowledge of all areas of Immigration law. His expertise covers Immigration, Nationality law, Asylum, Human Rights, European Union law and judicial Reviews. He is interviewed by T.V and radio Channels regularly regarding UK immigration laws and frequent changes made in the Immigration rules by the Government. Mr Khan appears regularly in the Immigration & Asylum Tribunals and he has proven success record in all types of Immigration applications & appeals.
Mr Khan leads a competent and experience team of Solicitors and Barristers which has extensive experience in all aspects of Immigration and EEA laws
Qualifications
Mr Khan Studied LLB (Hons) at University of Buckingham and graduated in 2000. Mr Khan also completed his Bar Vocational Course at Inns of Court School of Law in2002 and was called to the Bar in 2003 by the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn. He was enrolled as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court in January 2005.
A J Bepari
Mr Bepari started his legal career in 2003 as a paralegal, and it has been 17 years he has been in this profession. He has gathered extensive knowledge and skills in Immigration and Human Rights law. He has also undertaken an extensive number of cases in the law of the European and completed them successfully. He has specialist knowledge and expertise in Judicial Review matter. He represents client in the Immigration Tribunals, Family & County Courts and Magistrates’ Court. In 2017 Mr Bepari won the case of Shahnaz Haque v Ahmed Hossainin the Exeter Registry of the Family Division of the High Court in a Child Arrangements matter where he acted for the applicant mother. He has strong expertise and skills in the Children Private Law and Domestic abuse or violence matters. The success rate of the applications for the entry clearance of spouse is very high. He won a high number of cases in the immigration removal and the deportation matters. He has a good track record of winning cases in all the areas of law he has been practising.
